What Is Energetic Strength Training?

While a typical training program focuses on building strength, stability, and movement, Energetic Strength Training looks at something deeper—

How your energy is flowing through your body… and how that directly impacts how you feel, move, and progress.

Because your body isn’t just mechanical.

It’s responsive.

Areas can feel tight, weak, unstable, or overworked—but often, those are symptoms of something deeper happening beneath the surface.

Energy can become blocked, restricted, or even overactive in certain areas of the body.
And those patterns influence how your body functions—physically, mentally, and even emotionally.

This is where we bring a deeper level of awareness into your training.

So you’re not just working on your body—
you’re working with it.

Because your body isn’t just “tight” or “weak”…

…it’s responding to something.

My role is to identify what your body is asking for—and guide your training in a way that supports that.

How It Works‍ ‍

‍We start with a full-body energy assessment —this can be done online and does not require an in-person session. (This process is similar to a Reiki session in how I assess and read your energy, but is used specifically to guide your training.)

‍This allows me to understand how your body is functioning as a whole system, and where energy may be blocked, overactive, or lacking support.

‍‍From there, we choose the focus area that will best support your body right now—based on what it’s showing us it needs.

If you’re already in a training program, this becomes an additional layer of support alongside your workouts.

If you’re not currently in a training program, we will focus specifically on that area through intentional movement and targeted exercises.

Because your body is always communicating.

This process helps us listen—and respond in a way that actually creates change.

🔹 Energetic Strength Training $79/month (per recommended focus area)

For clients currently enrolled in an Integrated Strength Training program, Energy Training can be added at a reduced rate of $59/month—allowing you to support both the physical and energetic aspects of your progress.

Which area needs your focus most? Your energy assessment will reveal exactly where to start.

1. Foundation & Stability (Root Chakra)
Focus: Core stability, balance, joint control
Energy: Safety, grounding, support
→ This is where everything starts. Building a foundation that helps your body feel stable, supported, and secure.

2. Hip Strength & Mobility (Sacral Chakra)
Focus: Hips, glutes, mobility, fluid movement
Energy: Flow, movement, adaptability
→ Restoring natural movement and reducing restriction so your body can move freely and efficiently.

3. Core Strength & Control (Solar Plexus)
Focus: Deep core, control, bracing, power
Energy: Confidence, personal power
→ Your body’s “engine”—where strength, control, and self-assurance are built.

4. Upper Body Strength & Posture (Heart Chakra – Part 1)
Focus: Chest, shoulders, opening the front body
Energy: Openness, expansion
→ Improving posture while creating strength and space through the front of the body.

5. Back Strength & Tension Release (Heart Chakra – Part 2)
Focus: Upper back, spinal support, releasing tightness
Energy: Allowing energy to move freely, reducing restriction
→ Strengthening support while releasing stored tension—so your body can move with more ease and less resistance.
