Muscular Endurance

High total rep volume challenges your muscles to repeatedly produce force without breaking down.

Strength Endurance

Movements like the clean and press, squat press, renegade rows, and reverse shoulder presses force your body to continue producing power even as fatigue accumulates.

Cardiovascular Conditioning

Burpees, froggers, squat jacks, and ski jumps keep your heart rate elevated throughout the workout, improving work capacity and recovery between efforts.

Lateral Movement and Midline Control

The lateral jump variations challenge frontal plane movement and the ability to control your body while moving away from the midline — an often neglected quality in traditional strength programs.

Mental Toughness

Anyone can perform well when fresh.

The final rounds are where patience, pacing, and resilience are built.

Runner's Corner

Distance runners often spend hours moving in a straight line at a steady pace.

This workout asks your body to do the opposite.

Lateral movement, upper body work, jumping, bracing, and repeated transitions from the floor challenge coordination, stability, and fatigue resistance in ways running alone cannot.

Adding the optional run between sets teaches your body to continue producing strength and power after your legs are already tired, a valuable skill late in races when form usually begins to deteriorate.
