If you want to build speed, power, and strength endurance all in one session — this is it.
Reactive Power Circuit blends high-intensity treadmill intervals with explosive, strength-based floor work to challenge both your aerobic capacity and your fast-twitch muscle fibers.
Each round begins with a 10-minute run alternating 60-second sprints with 60-second recovery efforts to elevate your heart rate and push your top-end speed.
From there, you’ll move into a floor workout designed to build reactive power, coordination, and muscular endurance through plyometric and strength-driven movements.
After each floor block, you return to the treadmill and repeat the 60/60 run circuit — training your body to produce force even when fatigued.
Why this workout works:
Improves sprint capacity and recovery
Builds explosive lower-body power
Develops strength endurance
Trains your ability to transition between modalities
Enhances overall athletic performance
This workout is ideal as a standalone performance session or plugged into a strength-focused training day when you want to challenge both your engine and your elasticity.
Equipment needed: Treadmill, Step platform (0, 1, or 2 risers), weighted bar, dumbbells
