You’ll complete your workouts on your own schedule, from wherever you are, while still receiving structured coaching, accountability, and weekly progress reviews.

I will build you your program and you will get video demos of all exercises in your program, we will keep video/voice/text communication wide open for guidance and coaching every step of the way, you will receive quick feedback and corrections as necessary, and progressions will be made at every appropriate point in the process.
